1. Returns

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be in its original packaging.

• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as when you received it.

• You must initiate the return process within 30 days of receiving your order.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Damaged items.

• More than 30 days of receiving the order.

4. Returns Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package you are returning.

• Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit.

• Include a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation email in the package.

• Ship the item to the address provided with the RA number.

5. Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. We will process your refund within 10 business days of approval. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

6. Shipping Costs

Please note that shipping costs for the returned item are non-refundable. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.
